A family history of obesity and illness drew me to health at a young age.
Three of my four grandparents died of disease. My grandfather died of a heart attack before I was born. One grandmother passed away from Alzheimer’s. The other grandmother passed away from cancer.
Out of university, I went into finance. I worked in investment banking for almost nine years. On average, I switched time zones twice a week and flew over 200,000 miles a year.
At a glance, I was the picture of health. My diet and exercise were rigorous. I was what some would call a "biohacker."
At the age of 30, I was diagnosed with heart disease.
Months of research, mentors, and great physicians helped me develop a new view of health.
Health is not only diet and exercise.
Sleep, stress, brain, hormones, and environment play a significant role.
Disease states should not happen to anyone.
No high performer should ever go through my situation.
From my experience, I have built systems and methods to bring high performers to the next level while avoiding disease states.
Our health consultants worked in high-performing industries. While every situation is different, our experiences in these industries give us a perspective on what the average high-performing professional goes through.
Our experience, evidence-based modifications, and a systems approach to health through epigenetics allow us to provide individualized recommendations to drive optimal performance outcomes.
